Regionale 17. Shades of Grey

The associative exhibition title does not refer to an intended selection of works under a color specification. Rather, it refers to gradations of the achromatic color gray, which surprisingly could be found in most of the selected works. The exhibition is characterized by model-like works reminiscent of architecture, sculptures and wall reliefs, paintings and suprematist-looking works, objectified photography, digitally generated images (renderings) and objects or non-painted pictorial designs created from non-conformist materials.
